Tasks of the agency:
- maximize journalists attendance of the event (media: federal/local; automotive B2B/B2C);
- organize press tour (journalists came from Moscow, Kaluga, Obninsk and other local towns;
- coordinate event with the Kaluga region government press office;
- hold press conference (translation & adaptation of presentations, simultaneous translation, mock questions, press kit & souvenirs production);
- ensure the best possible media coverage, including TV & federal news agencies.
Results:
- Event was attended by 63 journalists from 42 federal and regional publications;
- Post event coverage: 104 publications, including four TV spots.
